Samantha Tricarico

Samantha Tricarico, CPhT, CSPT, co-owner of National Sterile Compounding Institute, has worked as a pharmacy technician for over 25 years. Her career spanned community, hospital, outsourcing, home infusion, and more where her diverse roles included sterile compounding, cleanroom supervision, prescription dispensing, inventory management, workflow design, and personnel training. Her passion has helped her thrive in hands-on training and the creation of educational content which she has provided to colleagues across the country. She is a proud member of the National Home Infusion Association Sterile Compounding Practice Committee and Sterile Compounding Clinic faculty where she continues to share and build her knowledge.
