Sharon Garrett

Sharon Garrett is the Pharmacy Director for a multi-state Pharmacy Technician program, where she is dedicated to preparing the next generation of technicians for success in the field. She instructs students in pharmaceutical calculations, aseptic technique, compounding, pharmacology, medical terminology, career placement, and the legal and ethical aspects of pharmacy practice.

In addition to her leadership role, Sharon actively contributes to the advancement of pharmacy technician education through her involvement with ASHP’s PTF MOeC Advisory Team, NPTA, and PTEC. She is passionate about patient safety, educational excellence, and supporting fellow program directors as a guest speaker and mentor. Sharon remains committed to furthering her career while fostering growth and innovation within the pharmacy technician profession.
