With 20 years of Pharmacy practice experience in multiple-practice settings and 5 states, Dr. LaQuoia is on a mission to help pharmacy leaders create healthier workplace cultures and increase inclusion and belonging for their diverse teams. She began her career as a pharmacy technician and today leverages her experience as a Leadership consultant, speaker, and educator for future pharmacy professionals. Whether speaking on a virtual platform, at in-person workshop, or delivering a key note for a national conference, she delivers a powerful message while also fostering a psychologically safe environment for participants to learn and grow together.
