Daniel Kyes

Daniel Kyes, BCSCPT, CPhT, CSPT, is a Healthcare Compliance Business Analyst with more than a decade of experience in sterile compounding, home infusion, and retail pharmacy. A Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician, Daniel brings extensive knowledge of USP <797>/<800>, accreditation standards, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Throughout his career, he has focused on advancing quality, safety, and innovation in patient care, from his early work in the cleanroom to his current role bridging regulatory insight with real-world operations. Daniel is a 2024 NHIA Fellow, serves on the NHIA Sterile Compounding Practice Committee, and is faculty for the NHIA Sterile Compounding Clinic.

Passionate about operational excellence and education, he has designed onboarding programs, evaluated competencies, and developed SOPs that keep compliance practical and effective across multi-state teams.
