Heather Maynard

Heather Maynard is a seasoned pharmacy professional and with over 25 years experience as a pharmacy technician, including 23 years of dedicated service at UW Health. Currently serving as a Business Operations Specialist, Heather has held numerous roles within pharmacy operations and has been instrumental in launching several innovative programs that have enhanced efficiency, patient care, and team development.

Beyond her professional achievements, Heather is deeply committed to her family and faith. She is a proud wife and mother to an 18-year-old son, and she also served faithfully as a pastors wife. In addition, she holds the position of Section 11 Ladies Ministries Director for the UPCI, where she leads and supports women’s ministry across her region.

Heather is known for her passion, leadership, and service-whether in the pharmacy, in her home, or in her community.
